A small cool to intermediate terrestrial species from Ecuador. The plant itself, including the flower stalk and flowers, is covered in small sticky hairs, almost like a Drosera! I suspect their purpose is more similar to plants like tobacco that use the sticky hairs to deter pests. This is a fairly uncommon species, and will do great in terrariums, greenhouses, or even a windowsill if kept damp.
