Shipping and Refund Policy
Shipping
Plants will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Monday through Wednesday and Saturdays. We will try our best to get them out within a week of purchase.
Plants are packaged as securely as possible using all recycled and reused packing material. We have been shipping plants for quite a few years with very few issues. However, shipping plants is not something that can be perfected! Accidents happen as the plants change hands frequently during the transport, so if there are any issues, please reach out immediately.
If your temperatures are below freezing, please add a heat pack to your order. We cannot guarantee live arrival without a heat pack during very cold temperatures. If your temperatures are not below freezing, and are warm during the day, heat packs can actually cause damage by overheating the plants, so keep that in mind when looking at your weather.
Live Arrival
We take care in packaging our plants so that even if they get tossed around, they will still arrive in good shape. The majority of DOA's actually occur when the package is sitting in a mailbox or on a porch either with direct sun cooking it or frigid temperatures freezing it. With that in mind, our policy is as follows:
- Plants are guaranteed to be alive upon delivery to the address provided.
- We must be notified of DOA (dead on arrival) within 1 hour of the delivery time.
- Photos of the dead plant must be submitted with the notification of DOA.
- Orders when temperatures are below freezing without a heat pack added will not be covered by the live arrival guarantee.
